This company holds the intellectual property associated with the MAASART plasmoid power technology invented by Malcolm Bendall.
This technology enables the virtual elimination of CO2 and other harmful emissions from internal combustion engines while at the same time delivering significant fuel savings.
A second application is the removal of CO2 and other emissions from industrial chimneys . This entity has licenced aspects of the technology for various worldwide markets. The company income stream will be derived from a mix of royalty and up front licence fees.
Alpha Prospects has 10% equity in the company.
Strike Energy Inc
Has been granted the licence for the technology in the following markets: USA, Canada, Mexico, South Korea, and Japan.
The company is in discussions with a number of potential customers including Active Energy Group who have a wood pellet manufacturing plant at Ashfield in Maine, USA.
Strike Energy is independently funded.
The Strike Foundation holds 50% of the equity in Strike Energy while Alpha Prospects also has a direct 15% equity stake.
Plasmoid Power Co Ltd
Plasmoid Power: has been granted the licence for the technology for the Thailand market. The company has identified nine power plants that are oil, gas or coal fired in Thailand which would be ideally suited to benefit from the chimney technology.
A second market already identified is cement manufacturing plants which emit large amounts of CO2. The potential scale of this business is significant.
Alpha Prospects has 29% equity in this business.
Active Energy Group Plc
is a public company listed on both the AIM market on the London Stock Exchange and the OTCQB Market in United States.
Active Energy has developed CoalSwitch® a biomass fuel produced from forestry waste. The company has a reference plant at Ashland Maine USA.
The management team at Active Energy are knowledgeable about coal electricity generation in the USA. Strike Energy, Strike Foundation and Active Energy are working together to introduced Strike Chimney scrubbers to the USA market.

Derlite: is a holding company based in Hong Kong. It has a number of subsidiaries including:
Gasignition - which distributes gas ignition systems in the UK and Europe.
Siam Industrial Ceramics – which manufactures product for Gasignition as well as making direct sales to the Thailand market.

Clifton Africa: has trading activities throughout Africa, operating primarily in the construction sector, including building modular panel built houses, apartments and medical clinics.
Clifton Africa, through its subsidiary Stratton Estates has signed a contract with the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Urban Planning to construct 10,000 homes in Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Africa over the next 10 years.
